1. I have not received my check. What should I do?
Our production revenue is processed monthly about the third week of the month. We have a minimum check distribution amount of $50.00. If your check is more than two weeks late, it could be your distributions were less than $50.00 for that month so please login to our Online Reporting Portal to see your report for the month. If you were due an amount and have not received it, please contact our
Accounting Department for more information.
2. What if I have a stale dated check (more than 90 days old)?

3. How can I sign up for Direct Deposits of my payments?
A Direct Deposit form is available in the Information Center under the
Forms link. Complete the form completely and return to our Accounting Department via email or fax.
4. How do I change my Direct Deposit information?
Use the Direct Deposit form available in the Information Center under the
Forms link and fill in the appropriate information and mark the form as Revised.
5. If my payments are Direct Deposited, how will I know what the details of my payment are?
All monthly distribution reports are available on line through our website. Click on the
Online Reporting Link in our Information Center and log in to see your reports.
6. How do I log in to the Online Reporting portal?
You will need your Owner number and a password. First time users should contact our
Accounting Department for how to set that up.
7. How do I change my address?
A Direct Deposit form is available in the Information Center under the
Forms link. All address changes must be in writing. A form is available on the
Forms link in our Information Center. Forms should be submitted to us via email or fax. If you are a landowner, you must first determine if you still own the property that is included in the well drilling unit. If you still own the property, then fill out the form and send to us. If you no longer own that property, please see the
Land Services FAQ "What do I do if I'm selling my property?".
